Description
TEKsystems' client is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to lead the change management strategy and execution for its multi-year Cybersecurity Program (FY25-28). This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of cybersecurity initiatives across the Fund, minimizing disruption, and maximizing stakeholder engagement and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Change Strategy Development
Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the Cybersecurity Program's five strategic objectives and 20+ initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Conduct stakeholder analysis, develop engagement plans, and lead outreach efforts to ensure buy-in across departments and Sr leadership.
Training & Enablement
Collaborate with training teams to deliver role-based learning, awareness campaigns, and support materials tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Governance & Reporting
Establish change management KPIs and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), integrate reporting into program governance, and present updates to the Cybersecurity Steering Committee.
Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Communications, and PMO to align change efforts with project timelines and enterprise architecture standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT change management, an experience in cybersecurity-related programs is a plus
Proven track record in leading change for complex, multi-faceted IT programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Power BI, and Microsoft 365
Certifications: Prosci , or equivalent preferred

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Collaborative, diplomatic, and resilient under pressure
Experience working in international or multilateral institutions is a plus

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $74.00/hr.
