We're looking for a Senior Application Systems Analyst to help modernize our enterprise asset management ecosystem by leading the transition from legacy platforms to a unified IBM Maximo solution. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration with financial systems, procurement workflows, and operational processes-ultimately supporting over 20,000 users across the organization.

Description:
We're looking for a Senior Application Systems Analyst to help modernize our enterprise asset management ecosystem by leading the transition from legacy platforms to a unified IBM Maximo solution. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration with financial systems, procurement workflows, and operational processes-ultimately supporting over 20,000 users across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in application systems analysis, with a focus on enterprise asset management and financial systems
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (configuration, support, or implementation)
- Proven track record integrating enterprise systems with financial platforms (GL, invoicing, POs, sourcing)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in asset-heavy industries (utilities, transportation, facilities, retail, etc.)
- Familiarity with Maximo Automation Scripting, SQL, and scripting languages
- Experience with large-scale rollouts (10K+ users)
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices
- Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, automation)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of IBM Maximo as the enterprise asset management platform, including legacy system migration
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to integrate Maximo with financial and sourcing systems
- Apply DevOps principles to streamline deployment, configuration management, and continuous improvement
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions for asset tracking, lifecycle management, and procurement
- Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Develop and execute test plans for system validation and user acceptance
- Provide Level 2/3 support post-deployment, collaborating with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and training materials
- Monitor system performance and user adoption to ensure scalability and reliability
