Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis RapidResponse Author Consultant to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RapidResponse authoring (templates, dashboards, worksheets, scorecards, alerts, reports, and integrations), as well as a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize solutions within Kinaxis RapidResponse using Authoring tools.

  • Develop dashboards, worksheets, scorecards, alerts, and reports to meet business requirements.

  • Work with business users and planners to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

  • Support the implementation of planning scenarios such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, and capacity planning.

  • Create and optimize data models, tables, and integration points within RapidResponse.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.

  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for RapidResponse applications.

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure solution performance and reliability.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for supply chain planning processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse with at least 2+ years in Author-level development/configuration.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, production planning).

  • Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, worksheets, scorecards, alerts, and metrics in RapidResponse.

  • Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and configuration within RapidResponse.

  • Experience integrating RapidResponse with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.
