Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to leverage your expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven strategy to support business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize performance metrics, and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
Design and automate dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor organizational health and track strategic outcomes.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior business leaders to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, business objectives, and performance drivers.
Address and escalate risks or issues that could impact customers or business operations.
Conduct statistical modeling and analysis using Python to support data-driven strategies.
Utilize Tableau to create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights.
Work with cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake to analyze and manage large datasets efficiently.
Apply data analysis techniques to support marketing strategies, including A/B testing and customer segmentation.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all data reporting and auditing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative roles.
Advanced skills in statistical modeling and data analysis using Python.
Proficiency in creating data visualizations with Tableau.
Experience working with cloud-based data environments such as Snowflake.
Strong ability to analyze and report data using Excel.
Familiarity with financial services, credit, marketing, or digital marketing analytics.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and configuration management tools.
