SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant

Position Title: SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant / Senior Consultant / Solution Architect

Location: ( NY, TX, NJ & CA)

Experience Required: 7 to 12 years of relevant SAP experience with minimum 4 6 years in SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM professional with strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM to lead design, implementation, and support of complex warehouse management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EWM configuration, integration with core modules (MM, PP, QM, SD), and business process design for end-to-end warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations (Embedded or Decentralized) including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Design and configure EWM processes such as:

Inbound and Outbound Processing

Put away, Picking, Packing, and Shipping

Production Integration (Order-based, Delivery-based, and PMR-based)

Cross Docking, Slotting & Rearrangement

Labor Management & Resource Management

Physical Inventory & Counting

Yard Management and Material Flow System (MFS)

Configure and manage integration with SAP PP, QM, SD, MM, and TM modules.

Work with RF Framework, PICK-POINT configuration, and Handling Unit Management.

Support advanced scenarios such as Wave Management, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Kitting.

Handle interface and integration via IDoc, qRFC, and Web Services.

Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and performance optimization.

Prepare functional specifications, conduct UAT, and provide end-user training.

Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

Provide production support and lead issue resolution as part of AMS engagements.

Work with SAP Fiori apps related to EWM processes.
