About the Role
As a Scrum Master supporting the Corporate and Strategic Finance Modernization program, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will serve as a servant-leader and coach for 2-3 Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe, and release management.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove impediments, ensure alignment with Agile best practices, and contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Guide Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) activities and contribute to PI Planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and provide insights based on Agile expertise.
- Leverage tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
- Partner with client personnel to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role, or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum or SAFe environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with release management and Agile metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with Agile project management tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira Dashboards).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Office products.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
