The Quality Assurance Tester will ensure the quality and reliability of software products supporting the Arkansas Judiciary. The role involves testing a cloud-based court management system and collaborating with development teams to maintain high testing standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
Perform testing and debugging of new and existing software.
Design, execute, and automate API testing using XUnit and manual testing using Postman.
Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.
Deconstruct solutions into optimized tests for coverage and risk.
Create and extend reliable, relevant test automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years with .NET unit testing frameworks.
3+ years in end-to-end functional UI automation using Playwright.
3+ years with React framework, React Testing Library, and Jest (or similar).
3+ years using Andi and Axe Dev Tools (or similar) for accessibility testing.
3+ years testing C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
3+ years API testing, including automation with .NET and C#.
3+ years working with database systems like Postgres.
3+ years with version control systems (Git).
1+ year testing applications native to AWS cloud.
1+ year working with AWS services including AWS Lambda.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass an Arkansas Police Background Check.
Must be willing to work onsite in Little Rock, AR.
