Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead with deep PolicyCenter expertise and hands-on experience in Guidewire Digital Platforms (Jutro / Digital Portal). You will lead solution design, development, and integration efforts, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers, agents, and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter modules and Digital applications.

Architect, design, and develop customer-facing portals using Guidewire Jutro or Digital Portal framework.

Collaborate with business, UX, and architecture teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences.

Drive API-first integrations between PolicyCenter, Digital Portal, and external systems.

Provide technical leadership to developers, conduct design/code reviews, and enforce best practices for both core and digital components.

Ensure performance optimization and scalability of PolicyCenter + Digital solutions.

Lead troubleshooting for production issues across PolicyCenter and digital front-ends.

Mentor and coach junior developers on GOSU, API design, and digital best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 8+ years of experience with Guidewire suite, including 3+ years in PolicyCenter.

Strong proficiency in GOSU scripting, configuration, and integration development.

Hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital Portal or Jutro for building customer/agent portals.

Deep understanding of API design, REST/SOAP web services, and event-based integrations.

Familiarity with React, JavaScript, or Jutro framework for customizing front-end experiences.

Good knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, Rating Engine, and Policy lifecycle transactions.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) and Agile delivery methodologies.

Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

Guidewire Certified Specialist/ACE in PolicyCenter or Digital.

Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform or upgrades.

Knowledge of other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Exposure to UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
