Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer / Pega Associate / Lead System Architect (LSA) to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise Pega applications. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Pega PRPC platform development, system architecture, integrations, case management, and UI design, with the ability to deliver resilient, high-performing solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor with excellent problem-solving skills, Agile experience, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of end-to-end Pega applications, including reusable frameworks and components
  • Architect and implement scalable, resilient solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Design and configure Enterprise Class Structures, reusable rules, and application frameworks
  • Develop and manage:
    • Case Management workflows
    • Data Pages and Integrations
    • UI components, Dashboards, and Reports
  • Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails, coding standards, and UI best practices
  • Drive Pega Cosmos UI design system adoption
  • Conduct Pega code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues
  • Support L3 production issues, including root cause analysis and fixes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and release planning

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and Application Development
    • System architecture
    • Application design and development
    • Application architecture
    • Reusable class and framework design
    • UI and component design
  • Strong expertise in: Pega Data Pages and Integrations, Pega Case Management, User Experience and UI design principles
  • Proven experience designing and implementing:
    • Enterprise Class Rules
    • Flows, Activities, Reports, and Correspondence
    • Dashboards and UI components
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pega server configuration and performance tuning
  • Strong experience with Oracle database query optimization
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Red Hat
    • Splunk, AppDynamics (AppD)
    • WebSphere
    • Shell / Bash scripting
  • Experience with automated testing, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring
  • Exposure to load and volume testing, performance troubleshooting, and remediation
  • Experience supporting L3 production environments

Technical Skills

  • Pega Platform: Pega PRPC, Pega Case Management, Pega Cosmos UI
  • Integrations & Data: REST/SOAP, Data Pages
