Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Responsibilities:
- Software Integration & Feature PM for HW Diagnostics and Telemetry Services Drive Diagnostics or Telemetry SW Features sprint planning & retrospective.
- Create Projects Schedule in MS Project Create Epics, Features and Other ADO related Dashboards. Track Milestones, Schedules with Cross functional Teams.
- Manage Datacenter Fleets for the Deployment of Telemetry alerting, monitoring policies, fault signatures, across sustaining and NPI cloud hardware Products.
- Work closely with Engineering, DevOPS and Validation teams to ensure weekly/Monthly Builds are validated.
- Define SW requirements to address customers & partners. Support both sustaining and NPI program milestones and deliverables.
- Manage partner dependency technical discussion and lead prioritization monthly iteration.
- Strong SW/FW program management skillsets that can play both feature PM as well SW integration PM role.
- FW Qual Backlog management with the daily prioritization sync with v-team.
- Create QaaS Tracker ADOs to link with FW Release ADO.
- Manage ADO data with accurate state, FW Lifecycle dates (Qual ETA), attach Signoff docs before passing to FW payload team for deployment.
- Previous experience with cloud service provider datacenter hardware management and operations.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience.
- Experienced with software architecture design with proven ability to synthesize.
- Communicate solutions to complex technical problems with knowledge of building at-scale software to run via automation and at-scale on cloud hardware.
- Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in PowerBI Tool, MS Project, MS Office, ADO (Azure Devops) Jira.
- Strong hands-on experience in BMC, BIOS FW.
- Strong understanding of GPU's, PCIe, Server Motherboard, Add in Cards.
- Proficiency in C programming for firmware development, preferably firmware that boots an operating system.
- Experience with SoC firmware, System firmware/software comprising different domains within server architecture (e.g. SoC FW, BIOS, BMC(ILO) etc.).
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in the technology sector.
- Understanding of firmware development processes and lifecycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in platform bring-up, lab engineering, and system-level modeling.
