Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst with a strong background in HR / Benefits and Payroll to join our team in a business analyst capacity. This role will focus on gathering requirements and creating detailed process flows by working directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to document current and future-state process flows for Benefits and Payroll

Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather and define requirements

Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation

Act as a liaison between HR teams and other departments to ensure alignment on processes and requirements

Operate independently while also contributing to a highly collaborative environment

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required, ideally in Human Resources or related field

Solid HR background with hands-on experience in Benefits and Payroll

Proven experience creating process flows and documentation (Visio or similar tools)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Experience with any HR technology is acceptable including but not limited to: Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle, SAP, Cornerstone
