Job Description:
- 84 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures
- 84 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex ntier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC/Razor and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards
- 84 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements
- 84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
- 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
- 36 Months Experience developing web applications that conform to requirements contained in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0)
- 36 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
- 48 months Experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
- 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). Full understanding of HIPPA compliance

Detailed Job Description: Design, develop and implement solutions for multiple applications and projects for the Office of Mental Health. The NICS Index contains records provided by local, state, and federal agencies about persons prohibited from receiving firearms under federal law. All records in the NICS Index are considered federally disqualifying records and will prohibit the transfer of a firearm. Among the records in the NICS system are those including the names of individuals who have been adjudicated as having a mental disability or committed to a mental institution. This includes critical projects that handles patient records and financial information
