Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Endpoint Delivery Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the deployment, imaging, configuration, and patching of Windows and macOS devices across the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring devices are delivered securely, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT support, security, asset management, and other stakeholders to manage enterprise-wide endpoint operations using tools like SCCM, Jamf, and patching frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Windows and macOS device deployment, including hardware imaging, software provisioning, and initial configuration.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software packaging, deployment, imaging, and updates.
- Utilize Jamf Pro to configure, manage, and support macOS devices, ensuring consistency with enterprise policies.
- Perform ongoing vulnerability management and patching of endpoints, working in coordination with the security team to maintain compliance.
- Create, test, and deploy custom application packages using SCCM, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption.
- Monitor deployment status, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to endpoint-related incidents.
- Document procedures and workflows; contribute to knowledge base and IT documentation repositories.
- Partner with Asset Management to ensure devices are properly tracked, tagged, and retired when necessary.
- Work with ServiceNow for incident and request tracking, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are properly escalated when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in endpoint deployment and management within a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise with SCCM, including application packaging, OSD (Operating System Deployment), software updates, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Jamf Pro for managing macOS devices (including configuration profiles, policies, and scripts).
- Strong experience with endpoint vulnerability management and patch compliance strategies.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in endpoint configuration and imaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AirWatch / VMware Workspace ONE for mobile device management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Prior experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, or government).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf 200/300, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
