Carilion is looking for an Enterprise Manager to join their team.
Manager of Enterprise Systems/ERP is responsible for overseeing a wide range of enterprise and clinical systems including ERP. In addition this position will lead the daily support, security and maintenance of application programming solutions. The manager will provide leadership of TSG staff to ensure processes and key performance indicators are achieved to provide exceptional IT Service Delivery in the support of day to day clinical delivery. The position will report to the Director of Enterprise Applications Operations.
Maintains technology strategies by managing staff, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. Implements and maintains the policies and goals for TSG to support Carilion's needs. Ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. Directly responsible for the creation and delivery of development plans for staff to ensure the needs of the business are met. Oversees internal IT support functions.

Other Qualifications:
- Experience with Lawson, SAP, Epic/Cerner
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum- will be apart of a scrum team** must have they need to manage and support people in the Agile space instead of directly driving projects
- Matrix environment
- Experience within Health care applications/clinical systems
- Experience managing a team of 15+ as this team will be 25+.
- Experience implementing ERP/financial systems preferred, not required.
- Experience as an analyst preferred, but not required.
