Description
The Clinical Operations team is seeking a Field Studies Project Specialist to maintain high standards with human study data collection efforts. The associate would assist the in-house studies team and the CRO/Clinical Sites to facilitate the successful and timely conduct of Clinical Studies. The team is looking for someone who is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes.
Tasks:
Assist in study closure activities including preparation & collection of close-out documentation, & preparation of study files for distribution to long term storage
Work with the incoming data from studies to reconcile data reports and produce reports for invoicing, etc.
Resolve data queries & delinquencies in a timely manner
You will contribute to various projects at the cutting edge of technology
You will possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to conducting impactful research in support of technology development
Extract data from source documents for research studies as directed
Perform data tracking and make sure that the correct data files are loaded when and where needed
Tracking projects on a spreadsheet
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Looking for a background similar to a clinical research coordinator, to assist with invoicing, data tracking, and helping to close out the trials.
Day to day will be 25% internal meetings, working across cross functional teams, navigating three current projects, one of which is coming to an end. Helping ensure that data files they received are checked off, good to go by internal engineering teams and that all data sets are ready to be submitted. Tracking files that the site is actively uploading and confirming with internal teams that they were uploaded and received.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
