Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist with strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will be hands-on with AJO, have a deep understanding of audience segmentation and profile building within AEP, and possess experience in customer journey orchestration. Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a strong plus. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO):

  • Design, configure, and execute customer journeys using AJO.
  • Implement real-time and batch-based campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Optimize workflows for personalization and engagement.

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):

  • Build and manage audiences within AEP using segmentation and profile stitching.
  • Ensure proper data ingestion, identity resolution, and schema mapping.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): (Preferred)

  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance using CJA.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing and CRM teams to define audience strategies.
  • Partner with technical teams for integration and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data schemas in AEP.
  • Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in digital marketing technology or customer experience platforms.
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce domain preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Work Site: Herald Square, New York City (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months
