Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale CRM migration projects, cross-functional team leadership, and delivering complex IT initiatives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the CRM migration project from MS Dynamics to Salesforce, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define business needs and ensure alignment throughout the migration.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, Salesforce/Dynamics consultants, QA, and data analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and migration efforts ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
• Maintain clear and regular communication on project status, milestones, and issues with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure the migration complies with organizational security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• 6 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, including at least one end-to-end CRM migration project (MS Dynamics to Salesforce preferred).
• Strong understanding of both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM architecture, features, and data models.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).
