Job Details

Requirement: Warehouse Process Engineer
Location: PA (Onsite)

A Warehouse Process Engineer required for analyzing, designing, and optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high levels of safety and productivity. The qualifications typically include a combination of education, skills, and experience.

Experience:

  • Typically 6 8 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement initiatives

  • Hands-on experience implementing new processes or technologies in a warehouse facility.

  • Process mapping and workflow analysis (e.g., using tools like Visio or Lucidchart)

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)

  • Automation and material handling systems knowledge

  • End User experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • CAD tools (for layout and space planning) Preferable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Project management and organizational ability

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and Continuous improvement mindset

Educational Qualifications & Certifications (Optional/Highly Preferred):

  • Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management or a related field.

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or APICS CPIM/CSCP (Certified in Production and Inventory Management / Certified Supply Chain Professional)
