7 10 years in consulting, advisory, or process improvement roles (ServiceNow, ITSM, or Enterprise Service Management experience preferred).
Proven experience engaging senior executives and facilitating strategic discussions.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing roadmaps that align process, people, and technology.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise service management, and process maturity modeling.
Ability to interpret business goals and translate them into actionable transformation strategies.
Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Prosci certification or OCM experience preferred.
ServiceNow or similar platform experience strongly desired.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).
Relevant certifications (ITIL, Prosci, PMP, ServiceNow, or equivalent) a plus.
