Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Preferably Onsite - will consider REMOTE if the candidate is Strong)

Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills:

• Lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology.
• Providing hands-on lead role and Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
• Should be able to handle the work independently by working closely with the HR Business team.
• Capture requirements, analyze, craft and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Support Integrations between ServiceNow and other Juniper applications.
• Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes and enhancements.
• Create Configuration documentation throughout the development process.
• Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new (and improve existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long-term strategy.
• Provide user support and effective handoffs to the appropriate IT support teams.
• Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications.
• Working with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state HR Service Delivery operations.
• Experience working on end points for integration and working with platform team.
• Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones.
• Managing all aspects of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client.
• Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design session.
• Good experience in Customizing Portal Home Pages, Import Sets, Update Sets, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, widgets, Catalog Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Tables and Application creation, Service Request Manager Integrations, Portal development, workflow, notifications.
• Expertise in developing Journeys, Life Cycle events, Activities and Activity sets.
