Job Details

Mode of Interview: In person only

Work Location: Indianapolis, IN

Work Arrangement: Candidate will work remotely but needs to be available to be onsite at the client location when requested. Travel to the office is not reimbursed. Please confirm the resource is comfortable with this requirement.

Shift: EST

  • Experience managing large, highly-visible enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion.
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience coordinating and monitoring activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
  • Experience compiling and presenting data that provides a detailed interpretation of what the data means.
  • Familiarity with IT related development methodologies (DevOps)
  • Flexibility to work on-site as required.
  • While IT project management experience is not required candidates must have a background in IT.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with change management, Lean, or Agile methodologies in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Experience in managing projects in diverse industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within state government.
