SAP Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead our SAP HANA and Artificial Intelligence programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in program management, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of SAP HANA, AI, and data analytics. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-impact results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects related to SAP HANA and Artificial Intelligence, from conception through to completion.
• Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and drive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure program milestones and objectives are met.
• Utilize advanced analytics and reporting to track program performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Champion the use of data-driven insights to inform program strategy and identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders using tools like Keynote.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Program Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Communication Skill: 5-10 years of experience with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• SAP HANA: Strong understanding of the SAP HANA platform and its applications in a business context.
• Artificial Intelligence: Solid grasp of AI concepts and their potential to drive business value.
• Agile Project Management: Expertise in Agile methodologies and their application in program management.
• Analytics and Reporting: Proficient in developing and interpreting complex data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excel: Advanced skills in using Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Keynote: Proficiency in creating and delivering high-impact presentations.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• SAP: Broader knowledge of the SAP ecosystem.
• JIRA: Experience using JIRA for managing and tracking projects within an Agile framework
