Description APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Manage projects by collaborating with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams such as AC Business Development, AC Business Process Reengineering, Global Business Solutions, Legal, Procurement, and Trade Compliance to understand the objective, scope, and roadmap of projects involving Apple Care Finance. Closely engage with regional and global AC Finance teams to comprehend finance business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for IS&T. Leverage finance, business, and system knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements between disparate processes and functions. Understand diverse needs across regional partners and negotiate solutions that meet overall business needs with global standardization and prioritization. Manage projects by performing detailed user acceptance testing to ensure the projects meet all Finance requirements before any system changes are implemented. Screen production support issues for AC Finance team and work with IS&T support org to resolve the issues. Manage projects and ensure business teams and partners are prepared for system and process changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer to sustaining teams. SAP ERP 6.0 Financial Accounting Certification required. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. *Employer will accept 3- or 4 year Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
• SAP ERP 6.0 Financial Accounting Certification is required
• Experience in functional consulting in SAP Finance Module
• SAP ECC 6.0 production support
• Experience in implementing SAP ECC 6.0
• Experience with global rollouts of SAP Finance in a global organization
• Integrating SAP FICO and SD modules
• RICEFW -Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows
• Completion of modules in SAP FI - AP, AR, GL, Asset accounting and Bank Accounting
• SAP CO module - Cost Center, Profit Center and Cost Element Accounting
• Experience handling Data migration and conversion in at least one project.
