Location: O Fallon, Missouri
Experience: 5-8 Years.
Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance.
Role Description of BMC Helix Discovery: CMDB / Techno Consultant L1
- Administer BMC Discovery Software which serves the role of Configuration Management Inventory collection from nearly every type of IT Infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Network Connectivity and/or Credential issues such as:
- SSH to Linux/Unix Platforms
- WMI Query and PowerShell to Windows
- SNMP to Network Devices
- API Connections (for example Credential and Connection to Cloud Providers AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
