Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in IT, preferably within an MSP environment
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Advanced experience with networking (firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, VPNs)
Office 365 and Azure AD administration
Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience
Proven background in client-facing technical support and project work
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
Familiarity with RMM tools and PSA platforms
Network certifications (CCNA, Network+) a plus
Strong documentation and ticketing practices

Daily Responsibilities
