Job Title: Palantir Data Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Palantir Data Architect to design, implement, and optimize data solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and large-scale data pipelines, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Palantir Foundry.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration frameworks.
  • Create logical, conceptual, and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and lineage across the Foundry platform.
  • Work with large datasets to design high-performance distributed data workflows.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, data flows, and design decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for data architecture within the Foundry environment.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and optimize performance across pipelines and transformations.
  • Support the deployment, testing, and monitoring of Foundry-based data solutions.

Must-Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontologies, Code Repositories, Pipelines, Workshops).
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in data modeling, data integration, and designing scalable data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
