Job Description
- Leads the design and implementation of Order Management System (OMS) transformation using IBM Sterling OMS and Intelligent Promising (12-15 years total IT experience, 5-10 in OMS).
- Defines end-to-end architecture, including integration with ERP, WMS, CRM, and microservices (Spring Boot, Kafka, Azure/Kubernetes).
- Key responsibilities include technical leadership, owning solution design, establishing CI/CD/DevOps best practices, and driving the entire solution implementation lifecycle.
- Requires a proven track record of 2+ large-retailer IBM Sterling OMS implementations and deep domain knowledge in omnichannel, inventory, and reverse logistics.
- Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership experience in Agile environments (JIRA/Confluence).
