Job Title: Database Administrator (DBA)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in SQL, Power BI, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to database management. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing operations and a strong ability to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain database systems to ensure high performance, availability, and security.
- Develop and implement database solutions to meet the organizations data management needs.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data analysis and reporting using Power BI.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on database-related queries and issues.
- Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance database efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently to solve complex database problems.
- Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus.
