Job Description:

This Business Analyst will be part of the Messaging/Email/Microsoft 365 Product Management team and will be responsible for activities that support current and future work efforts. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. Individuals in this role will partner with internal application teams to track deliverables and generate reporting to support the deployment of various new products (including: Microsoft 365 workstreams, as well as various desktop software products).

This Business Analyst is expected to:

1. Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.

2. Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables.

3. Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.

4. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track, and maintain risk portfolio deliverables.

5. Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.

6. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.

7. Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.

8. Act as the single point of contact for all Line of Business engagements.

Skills Requirements

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Excellent at managing multiple tasks across multiple projects at the same time

Excellent problem resolution skills

Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding

A knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, cloud services and related components is a plus.

Knowledge of Adobe products and services is also a plus.

Technology Skills

Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Excel (VBA macros and advanced formulas)

Experience with technology deployment processes

Experience Requirements

Information Technology professional with 10+ years' experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent teamwork skills

ITSM experience a plus
