Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to cash management, billing, and CPQ processes.
  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions to streamline cash management, billing, and CPQ workflows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to support complex pricing models, product configurations, and quoting processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and financial applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Billing, and CPQ modules, including but not limited to product catalog management, pricing rules, discounting, quoting, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a focus on cash management, billing, and CPQ.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Billing, and CPQ modules, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Connect, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
