Position: ServiceNow Integrations Developer

Location: Dallas, TX - Day 1 onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using low code and pro-code techniques.,

This role requires hands-on experience with Job Definitions, Column Mappings, and REST Insert Multiple logic often used together in Integration Hub and custom scoped applications for bulk data integrations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing modular, reusable integrations that scale, maintain clean data architecture, and support error handling and auditability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
  • Strong understanding of Job Definitions, Column Mappings, REST APis, and Insert Multiple techniques.
  • Proven experiente creating scoped applications and configuring cross-scope table access.
    Proficient in GlideRecord scripting, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
    Ability to read and parse JSON/XML responses and transform data before insert.
    Knowledge of ServiceNow data models and ACL design.

Familiarity with staging table design, retry mechanisms, and logging best practices.

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, (SA) required.
  • Experience with IntegrationHuk Spokes, MID Server configuration, or Auth/API Key auth flows.
  • Experience with bi-directional synchronization between systems.
  • Familiarity with platform APls of systems like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or JIRA.
