Job Details

Job Title: NetSuite Architect  

Location: Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking an experienced Functional NetSuite Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions, focusing primarily on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, procurement, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and automation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of NetSuite ERP modules related to O2C and P2P processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional requirements for order management, billing, procurement, and accounts payable workflows.
  • Define and configure NetSuite modules including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Provide functional leadership during the implementation, ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
  • Design and optimize workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation across O2C and P2P processes.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation—including business process maps, configuration guides, and test cases.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integration with CRM, eCommerce, banking, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform data migration activities from legacy systems into NetSuite.
  • Conduct user training and support UAT sessions for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with finance, supply chain, and procurement leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite best practices and new features to recommend system enhancements.
