Position is Hybrid 3 days a week (for all practical purposes ONSITE)
Location: Richmond, VA (LOCAL ONLY)

Candidate must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.

Candidate must have experience working in data management as an analyst

| Advanced experience in writing complex queries to analyze data |
| Experience with enterprise data management, data analysis, and data lifecycle |
| Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology |
Qualifications
Required:
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts
5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology
5+ year of experience writing complex queries to analyze data
Experience translating client and product strategy requirements into dataset requirements and user stories
Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process
Experience with enterprise data management
Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server)
The candidate must have exceptional written and oral communications skills and have the proven ability to work well with a diverse set of peers and customers
Preferred:
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
Experience using Team Foundation Server and work item tracking
Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete
