Oracle Fusion Cloud consultant.

This role is 3 days a week onsite.

Location: BOSTON, MA 3 days a week onsite
Interview: virtual & In person in boston (2 rounds)
Duration: 18+ months

Top 3 Requirements for the Role:
1. Oracle Fusion Implementation Experience (Finance/EPM Focus)
Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally full lifecycle.
Priority focus is on Finance and EPM modules (HCM experience is helpful but secondary).
Ability to guide configuration, integrations, and best practices in a post-PeopleSoft environment.
2. Functional-Technical Hybrid Skillset
Primarily a functional role, but requires technical understanding to support integrations and design decisions.
Must act as a bridge between the SI partner (RSM) and internal teams able to contribute both strategically and tactically.
3. Team Guidance & Knowledge Transfer
Internal team lacks Oracle Fusion experience and is transitioning from PeopleSoft.
Looking for someone who can coach, mentor, and upskill team members throughout the implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and open communication across business units and technical teams.
Serve as the internal system lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, overseeing activities across project workstreams including Financials, HCM, and EPM modules
Partner with Massport Program Director, implementation partners, internal stakeholders, and executive sponsors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and success criteria.
Support and recommend change management strategies to drive adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate system environments, security, testing, data conversion, and go-live readiness.
Help translate business needs into system requirements and ensure user experience remains a top priority throughout the project.
Support post-go-live stabilization, continuous improvement, and the buildout of long-term governance processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
7+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion implementations (or equivalent ERP transformation experience).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.).
Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and manage vendor and internal delivery teams.
Demonstrated strength in organizational change management and user adoption strategy.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and guide teams through ambiguity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Experience:
Oracle Cloud certifications in applicable modules.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies in cloud ERP programs.
Experience in a regulated or government environment is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Peoplesoft is a plus
