Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Subject Matter Expert for a 4+ month project located in Houston, TX
Title: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Subject Matter Expert
Location: Onsite - Houston, TX
Duration: 4 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Configure and test SuccessFactors HCM for new SAP company codes, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes.
- Manage the migration of employee data, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to HR personnel, promoting best practices and effective use of SuccessFactors functionalities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and testing SuccessFactors HCM, particularly in the context of new SAP company codes.
- Strong understanding of employee data migration processes within SuccessFactors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and experience in training and supporting HR end-users.
