Job Description
Change Manager
Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Responsibilities:
Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, risk assessment, and business impact. Ensure all documentation meets established quality standards
Enforce change management policies and procedures, ensuring consistent execution across all change types.
Partner with internal teams to understand operational needs and confirm readiness for change implementation.
Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency changes and planned maintenance windows.
Requirements:
5 10 years of experience in Change Management process and operations.
Strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Proven success in driving process and operational excellence through structured change control.
Experience enforcing governance to maintain stability across IT environments while minimizing disruption.
Proficiency with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, myTechExpress).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
