Job Details

We are seeking a Local candidate with strong IT Help Desk Call Center experience to provide Tier 1 technical support for both internal and external customers.
Highlights:
Onsite role at headquarters in Conyers, GA
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
Provide high-volume call center support with excellent customer service skills
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with password resets, online account management, and mobile driver s license provisioning
Escalate tickets to higher-tier support and follow through until resolution
Requirements:
6+ months of call center customer service experience
2+ years as a Help Desk Technician (Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10)
Vocational/Technical degree in Computer Technology or related field
Knowledge of Apple iOS
