Systems Engineer

Location: Northeastern U.S. Region (Onsite)

Description:
* The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, customizing, and supporting enterprise resource planning applications and manufacturing execution platforms within the organization's IT infrastructure.
* This role collaborates closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance and strategic alignment with operational goals.
* The position demands a strong background in ERP systems, manufacturing environments, and systems integration, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and optimization.

Required Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning platforms
* Direct experience supporting and integrating manufacturing execution platforms with ERP systems
* Understanding of manufacturing workflows, shop floor automation, and production technologies
* Proficiency in database querying and configuration support
* Familiarity with system integration practices, including APIs and middleware
* Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities
* Effective communicator with solid team collaboration abilities

Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of enterprise software lifecycle best practices
* Experience in cross-platform connectivity and automated system integration
* Ability to manage and document system configurations and infrastructure changes
* Experience in collaborating with external vendors and internal development teams
