Job Description: An AEM Support role typically involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms, including content management, digital asset management, and other related applications. Key responsibilities of an AEM Support role might include:
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to AEM, including content authoring, publishing, deployment, and integration with other systems.
- System Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitoring system health, performance, and availability, and proactively identifying potential issues before they impact users.

Skills and experience often required for an AEM Support role:
- Strong technical skills: Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and potentially Python.
- AEM expertise: Experience with AEM modules (e.g., authoring, publish, dispatcher, replication, user management), CRX2 and OAK repositories, and various AEM versions (e.g., 6.0, 6.5, Cloud).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
