Must have:
a) Manages solution design from conception to delivery
b) (5+) years of Salesforce architecture experience
c) (5+) years of Salesforce app development experience
d) (8+) years of application development or software engineering experience
e) Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and/or Architect
