3) can provide at least 3 verifiable experience from completed and/or substantially completed jobs that closely match this request (Filling the client provided form) + fill out a skill Matrix + Sign a resume certification form
4) Can go through a background check including fingerprinting + Agree to a WEB CAM Interview (at your own cost)
5) have A Competitive Rate
6) Answer All 11 questions as defined under Candidate Info
7) will be available in June/July 2025 timeframe as it takes a minimum of 3 weeks for a start after a successful interview.

Each staff member assigned to this project must have a background screening that is equivalent to a Level Two (2) screening standard.
This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.
Face to Face Interviews:
If interviews are conducted, candidates that are located outside of the Tallahassee, Florida, area may be interviewed initially via MS Teams.
Telecommuting: Telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Mandatory Experience Business Process Consultant
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related fields or relevant experience.
A minimum of 12+ years of IT experience.
A minimum of 5 years of prior management, supervisory or team leader experience.
Experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems.
Experience working with functional owners of a business process/system
Experience working with functional owner of a business process/system to communicate and clarify customer requirements, processes and understanding of technical concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience and KSAs:
Experience working with State government
Experience working with PeopleSoft
Knowledge of business processes related to accounting, payroll, or financial management
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Certified PMP
Candidate Information. This must include the following information for each candidate:
1. The full, legal name of the Candidate;
2. A description of the Candidate s experience with enterprises resource planning solutions/systems, specifically related to UAT.
3. A description of the Contractor Representative s experience 3.A list of applicable certifications (i.e., number, effective date, expiration date).
4. A detailed explanation of why the Contractor Representative is the best match for the position and the Project.
5. An explanation of what qualifies the Contractor Representative to provide the services described in Section 5, Contractor Responsibilities, of the SOW.
6. A description of the Candidate s experience in executing knowledge transfer, including approach, execution, and confirmation of completion;
7. Available start date and length of availability;
8. Confirmation that the Candidate will be available to perform services during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
9. One (1) of the following statements:
The Candidate will be or anticipates being otherwise employed during the term of the PO.
or
The Candidate does not anticipate being otherwise employed during the term of the PO.
10. The STC s Exhibit E, Resume Self-Certification Form, completed by the Candidate;
11. Completed Attachment 6, Skills Matrix. The Skills Matrix must:
a. Be completed based upon the Candidate s skills as they relate to his or her qualifications to perform the services requested in this RFQ; and
b. Be completed in its entirety.
Note: The Department will not consider a Response if the Candidate does not meet all of the required (minimum) skills or if the Attachment 6, Skills Matrix is not completed in its entirety.
Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency. Emergency duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
