About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant Sourcing & Procurement to support a major S/4HANA implementation project out of offshore. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on functional expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality functional specifications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams, support RICEF development, and help drive enhancements, rollouts, and solution improvements. Strong experience across procurement, inventory, pricing, shipping, and roadmap understanding is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support S/4HANA implementation, enhancements, and rollout initiatives.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Security) for RICEF developments.

  • Provide functional expertise across Procurement:

    • Quotation

    • Requisition

    • PO types

    • Movement types

    • Subcontracting

    • Intercompany & Intracompany flows

    • Goods receipt

    • Billing & Invoicing

    • Inventory management

  • Work with cross-functional partners (SD, FI/CO) on integrated solutions.

  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to documentation standards.

  • Communicate project status to Global IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ Full End-to-End S/4HANA Implementation (offshore delivery experience required).

  • Strong hands-on S/4 Procurement (MM) functional expertise.

  • Strong understanding of RICEF development support.

  • Expertise in Pricing, ATP, Batch Management, Shipping.

  • Knowledge of SAP Roadmap and version differences.

  • Excellent analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
