Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Summary: DevOps Engineers integrate development and IT operations to improve software delivery speed and quality. They automate workflows, monitor systems, and ensure CI/CD processes are efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  2. Automate infrastructure deployment using IaC tools.
  3. Monitor system performance and availability.
  4. Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth releases.
  5. Implement security and compliance in DevOps processes.
  6. Troubleshoot deployment and system issues.
  7. Optimize application and infrastructure performance.
  8. Maintain version control and release documentation.
  9. Stay updated on DevOps best practices and tools.
  10. Mentor team members on DevOps culture and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
