Full time position

Required skills and qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Splunk.
• Extensive experience with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record.
• Experience in creating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in information technology or computer science.
• Demonstrated project management and user testing abilities.
• Experience in Genesis CX and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Working knowledge of GitLab and CI-CD Pipeline.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and LLM classifications.
