Description
* Work in a dynamic and evolving environment to support business growth.
* Utilize technical background and experience with warehouse management systems.
* Analyze business needs and implement IT concepts.
* Perform daily operational service activities.
* Collaborate with regional and global IT teams.
* Continuously expand knowledge in the area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and support logistics IT applications and operations.
* Track and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions.
* Translate business requirements into IT concepts and implement them.
* Optimize and improve information systems for logistics.
* Assist with testing activities, including creating test scenarios and executing various tests.
* Participate in or lead relevant IT logistics projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with business solutions using warehouse management systems.
* Strong understanding of logistics business processes.
* Experience configuring systems for logistics business requirements.
* Proficiency with integration points between various modules.
* Strong communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
* Analytical and structured work attitude with organizational skills.
