- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems; familiarity with macOS is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with screen imaging, PC refresh, and migration support is highly desirable.

Technical Skills
- Provide basic support for Windows and macOS environments.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment (e.g., up to 90" TVs/monitors).
- Set up, install, and remove media and AV support tools (e.g., speakers, cameras, racks).
- Safely disassemble IT equipment and manage connections.
- Sit or stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
Work Environment
- Collaborative team environment with on-site support responsibilities.
Business Drivers / Customer Impact
- Support critical Windows 11 migration and PC refresh initiatives.
- Provide operational support to ensure minimal disruption to end users.
