Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint management and support
- Expertise in JAMF Pro administration for macOS devices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows environments
- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security protocols
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation
- JAMF 300 or 400 Certification is a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is preferred
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Group Policy, and Conditional Access Policies
- Experience with Zero Touch Deployment and Autopilot configuration
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- 50% JAMF Pro (macOS Management)
- 50% Microsoft Intune (Windows Management)
- 70% Hands-On (Policy creation, deployment, troubleshooting)
- 20% Management Duties (Documentation, policy governance)
- 10% Team Collaboration (Working with IT support and security teams)
