Job Details
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience 1 to 2 years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
* Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows.
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio or similar tools.
* Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
* Experience working with Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or any other home-grown applications is preferred.
