Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our advanced AI solutions. Your contributions will directly support leading financial institutions by ensuring their deployments are scalable, secure, and highly reliable.
The company is located in Manhattan (Flatiron), NY and requires 4 days onsite a week.

As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our advanced AI solutions. Your contributions will directly support leading financial institutions by ensuring their deployments are scalable, secure, and highly reliable.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Help build scalable, secure, and repeatable infrastructure processes for on-premise (customer VPC) deployments.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support high-performance generative AI workloads.
- Enhance and streamline the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast, stable, and reliable deployments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for consistent and scalable deployments.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and observability practices to support high system availability and reliability.
- Ensure infrastructure meets stringent security and compliance requirements.
- Manage large-scale microservice architectures and optimize their communication protocols.
- Continuously identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements in performance, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid, customer-specific, or on-premises deployments, particularly in regulated environments.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS services including ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFront, RDS, IAM, and MSK.
- Strong background in containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Kafka, gRPC).
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Expert-level knowledge of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Experience with observability and logging tools to ensure infrastructure transparency and health.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to align infrastructure with product needs.
- Self-motivated, analytical thinker who excels at identifying and solving complex infrastructure challenges.
