Get ready to take your career to the next level! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment, as well as contributing to the overall manufacturing process. This role requires a deep understanding of G-Code and a commitment to precision and quality.

Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using G-Code, CAM software, and/or programming at the control to drive efficient production operations.
2. Collaborate with design engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into operational plans.
3. Operate CNC machinery and use precision measurement tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.
4. Contribute to the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment installation.
5. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
7. Provide technical support and training to the production team to ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
8. Conduct regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure consistent operating conditions.
9. Keep abreast of latest machining and manufacturing technologies, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in CNC programming
2. A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
4. Strong understanding of machining operations, tooling geometry, and manufacturing methods.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to team members and management.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
8. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
10. A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends and advancements.
